AI calorie & macro tracker

Point.Snap.Know.

Photograph your plate and YumBalance tracks your calories, protein, carbs and fat against your goals. The bonus: it flags in plain words any risk a meal may carry if you manage diabetes, gout, blood pressure, kidneys, heart health or gluten-free eating.

General wellness guidance based on estimates, not medical advice. Always follow your doctor's or dietitian's advice.

Calories Protein Carbs Fat Burn

From plate to plain answer in three taps.

No weighing, no searching through endless database entries. Take a photo, and YumBalance does the reading for you.

Snap

Photograph your meal, scan a barcode, or search. Flag a restaurant or shared plate and YumBalance estimates portions more carefully.

Read

AI on our secure servers identifies each ingredient, including the oil, butter and sauces other apps miss, and estimates calories, protein, carbs, fat, sugar, sodium and more.

Track

See calories, protein, carbs and fat against today's targets. If the meal carries a risk for a condition you've set, it's flagged with the reason. Adjust the portion in one tap and log it.

The bonus: risk flags on every scan.

Most trackers stop at calories. YumBalance also flags when a meal may carry a risk for the conditions and allergies you care about, and tells you why.

Questions, answered.

How accurate are the calorie estimates?

Photo estimates are a strong starting point, and YumBalance shows a confidence level and notes on anything uncertain, like cooking oil or hidden sauces. You can adjust the portion or any number in one tap, and save corrected meals to log again.

Is YumBalance medical advice?

No. YumBalance gives general nutrition guidance based on estimates and common dietary rules. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor or dietitian before changing your diet, medication or exercise.

Which health conditions does it check?

Diabetes, prediabetes and glucose intolerance, gout, high blood pressure, kidney disease, high cholesterol and heart disease, and celiac or gluten sensitivity, plus any allergies or intolerances you add yourself.

How many scans do I get?

Up to 5 AI photo or barcode scans a day. Your scans are counted securely on our servers, so your allowance is the same on every phone you sign in to, and it resets at midnight your time. Food search is unlimited, so you can always log a meal.

Where is my data stored?

Your health profile, conditions and food log stay on your phone. Our servers in Singapore keep only what your account needs: your email, a securely hashed password and your daily scan count. Meal photos pass through our servers to the AI for analysis and aren't stored. You can delete your account and all data from Settings at any time.

Can I use YumBalance on a new phone?

Yes. Sign in with your email and password, and your account, daily scans and subscription come with you. Forgot your password? Reset it in the app with a code we email you. Your food log is stored on the phone itself, so it doesn't transfer to a new phone yet.

How do I cancel the free trial?

Cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Deleting the app alone doesn't cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account & all data. You can also delete your account on the web. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel that separately.
