Delete your YumBalance account

You can permanently delete your YumBalance account and its data at any time, in the app, on this page, or by email. YumBalance is an app developed by Avencia Private Limited.

Deletes your account from our servers and erases YumBalance's data from your phone.

From your account's email address, write to connect@avencia.io with the subject "Delete my YumBalance account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

Verify it's you

Sign in with the email and password you use in YumBalance. Your details are sent securely to our sign-in service and aren't stored by this page.

What gets deleted

Deleted immediately: your account (email address and securely hashed password) and your account's daily scan counters.
Kept for up to 30 days, then deleted: per-phone scan counters, which contain no name or email and are identified only by a random ID. They stop the daily scan limit being reset by deleting and recreating an account.
On your phone: your food log, profile, health details and photos are stored only on your phone. Deleting in the app erases them. If you delete on the web, delete the app too to remove them.
Not stored by us: meal photos are analysed and not kept on our servers.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because billing is handled by Apple or Google. Cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (iPhone) or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions (Android).
